Ebube The Beautiful Actress Speaks About Marriage

Ebube spoke about marriage as she turned 42. The strikingly beautiful actress said that no pressure, whether from her family, friends or social media would make her feel insecure because she is not married or make her marry a man she does not love.

She said that she does not want to make a wrong choice, noting that some married early but ended in broken marriage, some suffered depression during separation and the society that is mounting press on her today will not care until it is too late.

She said she would love to get married but marriage that would guarantee her peace, love, not bad memories.

She said that she would want a home where she would be free and not where she would literally be in prison.

“I love to get married but I am not in a hurry to marry. No one-family- friends, or social media can make me feel less or left behind.

I’m 42years, and that’s fine. I’ve seen many marry at 25, only to leave years later, broken and bruised. Some came out depressed, lost, and quiet. The weight they carry… it’s too heavy. Society doesn’t notice until it’s too late. Then they pretend to care.

I want peace, not pressure. I want love, not scars. I want a home, not a prison. Marriage should feel like breathing, not drowning. I won’t marry to impress people or meet deadlines. No timeline is worth my peace of mind. I want truth,” she said.

Nwagbo said she knows that it might take time but as long as she married her choice of a man, it doesn’t matter how long it takes.

“If it takes time, so be it. It’s better to arrive late and whole, than rush in early and come out broken,” she added.
